UltrapakTM og UltrapakTM E-strikket & epinephrin strikket snor

Finally, a knitted cord that actually stays where I put it — the expansion after compression is spot-on for getting consistent gingival retraction without shredding. I’ve tried others that fray mid-pack, but this one held its shape through the whole procedure.

The way this cord compresses as you pack it and then expands to hold the sulcus open is just brilliant—I got clean, dry retraction on even the tightest molars without fraying. It’s so fine that I barely needed any pressure to seat it, which made my last few bonding cases noticeably quicker.

Packing this into a tight sulcus feels almost effortless because it compresses so thin, then the expansion does the work for you. The retraction stayed clean and dry through the whole procedure, which saved me time on a tricky molar.
