Sof-Tray™ Classic 片材 – 托盤真空成型用片材材料

Took these to the lab and the vacuum-forming went smoothly—the sheets heated evenly and pulled down tight over the model without any thin spots. My hygienist already prepped two more patients for take-home whitening trays after seeing how clean the edges came out.

My patients keep asking for take-home whitening options, and these sheets form clean, snug trays every time without tearing or thinning out. The material holds its shape nicely after vacuum-forming, which makes the whole process feel more professional.

Heating these sheets evenly takes a bit of practice, but once you do, they form snug, professional-looking trays that my patients say fit comfortably. The material is thick enough to hold up during a full whitening course without warping. Definitely my go-to for take-home kits now.
